I think I could qualify for adult ADD, too. I have so many things I like to do, that I jump from one subject to another easily.
Lately, however, I have read in several different places that it’s not good for our brains to multitask. We lose efficiency when we take on a lot at one time because of the time it takes to regroup. So, I guess the longwinded answer to your question is… I want to clear out some of my clutter, so that I can find my desk and tap back in to that creative genious of writing!

Wow, that’s my list too! Except I actually do the art… *laughs* (Oh, by the way, if you stick to characters which are not already established, then you can have a lot of fun drawing for your kids. I specifically remember potato-man and peanut-man from my childhood, and my mom swears she can’t draw a circle just like you.)

I’ve been thinking about taking some drawing & painting classes at our local community college. I can draw a little, but would like to learn more. A lot more. Especially techniques. The last time I had any lessons like that was high school.

My mom once tried to teach me to sew (she’s an amazingly talented seamstress). Didn’t work.

I cannot draw either. Not anything. My boys would ask me to draw them something, an airplane or what-have-you and I’d have to decline. I knew better than to even attempt. I can’t sing either but I’m not sure that’s something you can learn.

So if Wii doesn’t count, I guess ipod touch app games don’t count either?? I’ve been meaning to tell you that I hold you completely responsible for my current Chocolatier addiction, because you mentioned once that you played it on the computer.

I’ve thought of trying to crochet (I know the basics) or learn to knit. I own a sewing machine, but haven’t used it in years (and years!!). I decided that it’s not really cost-effective, though I might like to use it for some home items (pillows, curtains etc).

As for you, I think you should learn more about web design, and you could start a little business. I think you’d like the challenge, and it would be an income source.

Hi, Katrina! I would love to learn to sew, also. I bought a SUPER CHEAP sewing machine off of the tv in hopes of teaching myself without an investment. Haven’t even opened the box, and no, I don’t want to share how long I’ve had it. :0)

I, too, cannot draw. AT ALL. My little boys draw much better than me. I am so thankful that they must have taken after their dad in that area. I even took “bonehead” art in college and was flunking before I withdrew. It was a truly awful and humiliating experience!
