Great suggestions. (especially for one who just went through a "heat wave" a few days ago.) My biggest thing is keeping my mouth shut. Too many times I have said something when I should have just been quiet. Then it takes forever to smooth over the damage done. (and does the damage ever really go away?) I'd like to think that I've gotten a little better at keeping quiet lately. Then there's times when I pray for a good case of laryngitis. :) Iloved the thoughts here. Great suggestions.
