My sister and I were 10 and 12 when my parents put an addition onto our house. We handled it quite well, but when our neighbors did it their littlest was a toddler and he was stressed out the whole summer.<br/><br/>Can't wait to see the finished project. This time last year we were enclosing our screened-in porch on the back of our house and expanding our kitchen and the very first day my husband called me saying the contractor found something that was "going to increase the price" of the project. It was a significant amount, but I just had to laugh. GREAT advice.
