Since she’s a faithful reader and regular commenter here, and since she is, after all, my mom, I told her I would gladly put her list on my blog. That’s what daughters are for, right?

The Scarlet Pimpernel by Baroness Orczy — I read this book before but forgot it. I remember I liked it.
Try Dying by James Scott Bell
The Darkest Evening of the Year by Dean Koontz
Sweet Revenge by Diane Mott Davidson
Puss and Cahoots by Rita Mae Brown & Sneaky Pie Brown — Light reading so I’ll get through on time!

Good list, Mom, and I’m glad you decided to join. I really liked the Dean Koontz book — he always keeps me turning pages.
I read The Scarlet Pimpernel a long time ago, too, because of the film with Anthony Andrews and Jane Seymour. I remember enjoying it, but I don’t remember much about it. I should read it again some time.

I enjoy Diane Mott Davidson and Dean Koontz as well.
I loved the Scarlet Pimpernel book. It was good. But I do have to say I liked the Anthony Andrews/Jane Seymour movie better. (But then, I have a crush on AA.)
Great list, I must admit I picked a light reading one too, so I could get through it easily!
